I’ve always believed that creativity and self-discovery go hand in hand. My own journey has taken me through many chapters—as an artist, a lifelong learner, and now as a certified creative life coach.
As an artist and creative, I’ve wrestled with the million-dollar questions: Why am I doing this? Will anyone connect with my work? What’s the point anyway? Being a creative person is complex. We can’t not create — it’s woven into who we are — yet the world often treats our work as a hobby, an indulgence, or something that should be justified.
But truly… what is life without the arts? It would be flat, colorless, and painfully dull!!! We love movies, books, paintings, fashion, food — creativity shapes every corner of our lives. Art is everywhere, and it deserves to be celebrated in all its forms.
As creators, we move in and out of flow. Some days we’re lit up with inspiration, and other days we feel like we’ve completely checked out. This isn’t a flaw — it’s the rhythm of our creative process.
My job as a creative coach is to help YOU keep that creative current moving — to offer fresh perspectives, spark new ideas, and remind you to be kind to yourself! (Let’s be honest, we creatives are sensitive beings, even when we pretend otherwise.) I’m here to support you, challenge you, and hold you gently accountable when you’re ready to soar!
Let’s do this together!
As a certified life coach and artist with training and experience in goal setting, mindfulness, and communication, I am passionate about supporting artists as they navigate their next chapters.
